# Support

> The fastest way to get help with Lightdash, depending on how you use it.

Where to go for help depends on how you use Lightdash.

## Get help

**Open-source and community users** — ask in **#help** in the [Lightdash Community Slack](https://join.slack.com/t/lightdash-community/shared_invite/zt-3pbwqmq5e-vhTc7HHcS787w618ngoPHA). The team and the wider community answer questions there.

**Customers** — reach the team through your dedicated support Slack channel, or click the **help bubble** (the question mark icon in the top navigation) to send a message from inside the app.

For browser-side problems, [capture a HAR file](/help/generate-har-file) and share it with the team so they can debug the request with you.

## Report a bug or request a feature

[Open an issue on GitHub](https://github.com/lightdash/lightdash/issues) for bugs and feature requests. Product feedback is welcome there too, or through the channels above.

## Billing and invoices

Organization admins can email [support@lightdash.com](mailto:support@lightdash.com) for a link to their billing invoices.
